GENERAL RULES

Rules subject to change with out notice according to the Porter County Fair. Mechanics are subject to and must obey the following rules and regulations which are set up by the Porter County Fair.


Sign Ups for the Demo Derby are DAY OF. NO advanced sign up or payment to be accepted.


$40.00 ENTRY FEE FOR DRIVER AND CAR 

All Pit Passes will be $30.00


Pay outs for the following events: All Kids will Receive Medals for Participation in the Power Wheels Demo Guaranteed Minimum of $5,100 in purses to be paid for Sunday night show. 80% of entry fees to be paid out for each class to the winners (1st & 2nd).

  1. Any announcement made the day of the event supercedes any and all written material
  2. Each driver must fill out an entry blank. All drivers must supply their own cars, only one entry per person. Proof of ownership should accompany each car entered. 
  3. All racers participate at their own risk to themselves and their equipment.
  4. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED!! ZERO TOLERANCE! No drinking or alcoholic beverages on track, emergency vehicle area or in the pit area. Any driver or pit person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately disqualified and removed from the grounds. 
  5. Any rider or ATV/Truck that causes and damage to KOI Drag Racing Equipment will be held liable for damages. If you hit any equipment you are disqualified for that round, this includes center line/cones.
  6. All riders/driver must sign a release form before participating in any event.
  7. Any rider under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian signature on release form
  8. ATV & BIKES riders must wear a full faced DOT approved helmet with chin strap strapped NO sandals or slippers
  9. ALL truck drivers (except street trucks) Must wear DOT approved helmet. Can be full faced or open faced.
  10. NO STUDDED TIRES. NO EXCEPTION.
  11. Nitrous, turbo charger, superchargers can be used in OPEN classes only. NOS main line must be disconnected in all other classes.
  12. Double or single eliminations determined by # of entries, (over 75 single elimination)
  13. Track will have boundaries. Out of bounds will be a disqualification this includes cones on center line.
  14. When you’re called you have 1 minute to stage
  15. Starting judge’s decision is final
  16. For Truck classes- driver must have a valid driver’s license to compete
  17. Trucks can be hauled or driven in unless specified
  18. KOI Officials reserve the right to make a SAFETY call at any time.
  19. NO PIT RIDING! If caught, you will be disqualified without warning and asked to leave event without refund. We do this for safety.
  20. Vehicles can be teched at anytime with pump or scope. Refusal of tech or caught cheating will result in being dqed from the current event and will not be allowed to participate in the next 3 events. Also $200 protest fee, if protested, driver of protested truck and tech person will check truck. If protest passes the protested driver keeps the money.
  21. All dirt bikes/ motorcycles should have card board or disk to catch start beam to prevent red lights.
  22. No 2 stroke and 4 stroke run together unless specified.
  23. If a participant knowingly enters a class they do NOT belong in they will be removed without refund.
  24. Please note kids receive one trophy per night.
  25. On the event of a double red light the worst red light looses.
  26. Any quad or bike that runs a 4.0 or faster at 200′ MUST have a kill switch
  27. Only one rider per one bike/truck/quad per one class
  28. Registration closes when eliminations start.
  29. Will have 2 et classes (one trucks, one quad) at certain races (time permitting) both classes will have a $20 entry and rider/driver is responsible for getting times.
  30. Only one person in staging lanes with rider
  31. Each driver must be legal age per state or must hold a valid seniors drivers license and have a notarized release signed by his or her parent or guardian.
  32. The track or promoter reserves the right to approve or reject any and all entries.
  33. Only owners, drivers, mechanics, etc…, who sign the release sheet will be permitted in the pit area or on the track. Driver only receives free pit pass on the day of the show.
  34. Contestants of the Porter County Fair demolition derby are not employees of the track, fair association, or the Porter County demolition derby. 
  35. Porter County Demolition Derby, Fair Association, or K&F Promotions will not be held responsible for any car, parts or personal property before, during and after the show or over night.
  36. The driver is responsible for his pit crew
  37. No cars will be allowed on the grounds with any type of glass. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  38. ALL CARS must be prepared according to the rules and regulations and ready for inspection upon entering the grounds.
  39. Each driver and mechanic must sign in at register desk the day of the show and have their car inspected at least one hour prior to show time. 
  40. Safety belts, Z-90 approved helmet, goggles, or face shields are required. Fire Suit or Mill Greens are Mandatory! 
  41. No deliberate head-on collisions and No deliberate hitting on the drivers door. 
  42. All cars are to be removed from the grounds following the show or they will become the property of the Porter County Fair Grounds. 
  43. Any hardtop automobile or station wagon is allowed. No Imperials, trucks, convertibles, jeeps, hearses, limousines, or 4-wheel drive cars are allowed.

Full Size: WIRE Class

Any make or model, You may run an imperial for this class. You must have a seat belt and fire proof clothing.

  • BODY

    • Remove all glass, mirrors, interior plastic, exterior moldings and anything flammable.
    • Remove all decking in wagons. (Vehicles must be swept clean of debris)
    • You may cut the fire wall out for distributor clearance.
    • 79 and newer cars will be permitted to crease rear quarters only.
    • If you are creasing, quarters must remain vertical.
    • All cars must have a hood bolted or 9 wired in the stock position and must have a hole cut in the center of the hood.
    • You may run a door skin on the driver’s door only. Door skin can ONLY be welded on the driver’s door.
    • You must have 9 wire doors in 6 spots.
    • A window bar or chain in the center is mandatory.
    • You may run the front and rear window bar. (Max 3" wide)
    • Rear window bar can attach 6" on the roof and 6" on the trunk lid mounted to sheet metal only.
    • Trunk deck lids must be factory and must remain in their original stock position.
    • Trunk lids will be permitted to a max of 12 locations to 9 wire shut.
    • All trunks must have a hole cut in them for inspection.
    • Batteries must be strapped/bolted down to the passenger side in the car.

  • FRAME

    • No welding or bolting any extras to the frame.
    • Any rust repairs need to be called about before repairing.
    • No frame shaping permitted; 1979 and newer full-size cars will be permitted 1 tilt point per rail and can be re-welded in that area only.
    • You may shorten front frame rails to 1" in front of the core support mount.
    • Imperials and Caddillacs will not be permitted to shorten frame.
    • You may dimple or notch the rear frame in 2 places to help the back roll.

  • BODY MOUNTS

    • You may change all body bolts to a 1/2" bolt using 2 washers and 1 nut.
    • Body mounts must stay in factory position.
    • You may replace the spacers with a 1" sized hockey puck.

  • STEERING

    You may run an aftermarket steering column.

  • SUSPENSION

    • All suspension must remain stock with no modifications but may be changed to any OEM for that model vehicle.
    • Cars may not have solid suspension and must bounce.
    • You may have 4 screw in spacers per side, to achieve ride height.
    • You must run the factory rack and pinion.

  • REAR END

    • You may run any rear end however, No 8 Lug rear ends allowed.
    • Leaf spring cars must remain factory springs/clamps.
    • Rear mounting for leaf spring cars can be max length of 10" and must be mounted in factory location.
    • Rear coils may be wired or chained around the package tray.
    • Absolutely no reinforcing of control arms or brackets.
    • Watts link conversions are permitted.

  • DRIVETRAIN

    • You may choose any motor/trans combo.
    • Lower engine cradles and pulley protectors are permitted but they can not be more than 1/2" thick.
    • The lower cradle can not go past the stock motor mount location.
    • You must use a factory style rubber motor mount.
    • Cross members must remain in factory positions.
    • You may use a max of 2" X 2" X 1/4" tubing in replacement of the crossmember.
    • After market shifters are permitted.
    • You may run a slider drive shaft, any style drive shaft is permitted.
    • After market break/pedal set ups are permitted.
    • After market trans coolers are permitted but may not reinforce cars in any way.
    • You may NOT run a distributor protector.

  • CAGE

    • Simple 4-point cage consisting of 1 dash bar, 1 rear seat bar, and 2 sidebars.
    • All caging may be a max of  3" X 3" X ¼ " OR 4" X 2" X  ¼ "  tubing.
    • No stacking of caging will be permitted.
    • Caging must be 4" above the body bolt elevation.
    • The rear seat bar can be no further back than the rear kick panel.
    • You are permitted 2 down legs to the frame; these must run vertically from your sidebars or rear seat bar only.
    • Sidebars can be a max length of 60" long.
    • Halo can not be any further back than your rear seat bar and must run vertically over the roof of the car. Halo can attach to your sidebars only.
    • Gas tank protectors are permitted to be a max of 24" wide and centered in the car. 
    • Gas tank protectors are not allowed to be within 3" of the package tray.
    • Cage/GTP and Halo can have 1 gusset 12" Max to the longest point per corner. 
  • FRONT BUMPER

    • Bumpers can not have any spikes. 
    • Any factory OEM bumper or 10 gauge aftermarket bumper will be permitted. 
    • You may hard-nose your bumper if you remove factory shocks/cups altogether. 
    • If you are hardnosing your bumper, you may only use 2- 1/4" X 3" X 6" plates that must touch the bumper.
    • Max bumper height must be 14" - 24" measured to the bottom of the frame and at the back and front body mount location.
  • REAR BUMPER

    • Any factory OEM bumper or 10 gauge aftermarket bumper will be permitted. 
    • Min height of 14" from ground to bottom of the bumper.
    • Rear bumper must be OEM to a min of 6" tall.
    • You may hard-nose bumper to the frame; 4" wide  X ¼ in. thick X 8 in. long flat plate can be welded to either side of the frame. The 8" strap must connect to the rear bumper. You can also add 2 additional 2" wide X ¼ " thick  X 4" long straps. Straps must touch the bumper. Sheet metal can be moved to the hardnose bumper but may not be rewelded beyond to what the rules just stated.
    • If you do not want to hard-nose your rear bumper;  Run the factory shock/bracket that came on the make and model of car you are running. Bracket/shock must be in the factory location and it can be tilted. Nothing may be welded beyond 6" on the frame measured from the back of the frame toward the hump.  Two additional straps can be added per mounting location. Measurement for the strap is 2" wide ¼" thick X 4" long. 
  • TIRES/BRAKES

    All cars must be able to demonstrate the ability to stop at any time. If your brakes do not work, you will not compete.


    • No beadlocks
    • No foam filled.
    • No solids/paddle tires.
    • Aftermarket break setups are permitted.
    • Pinion breaks are permitted.
  • PRE RAN CARS

    3 fix plates per side, 4" X 6" (2 in front of the firewall, 1 in the rear.)

  • FRESH CARS

    • You may have 2 plates per frame rail, 4" X 6" (in front of the firewall.) 
    • Imperials and Cadillacs will NOT be permitted to have the 2 plates.

Trucks

rules and regulations

You must have a seat belt, helmet, and fire proof clothing.


IF THE RULES DO NOT SAY YOU CAN, DO NOT ASSUME YOU CAN.


Any ½ or ¾ ton truck, van, or suv.

No working 4x4.  Hoods must be open for inspection. No dual rear wheels. No flatbeds or utility beds.

Must have a legible number sign on the roof of the vehicle.  No profanity or anything obscene.  Let’s keep it fun and don’t overdo it.


  • BODY

    • Remove all glass, mirrors, interior plastic, and anything flammable.
    • Vehicles must be swept clean of all debris.
    • Body mounts may be changed to ¾” bolt or threaded rod with up to 4” washers.  Core support mounts may extend up through the hood and will count as 2 of your hood mounts.
    • You may interchange body parts. (bed, cab, doghouse)
    • The driver’s door may be welded solid, you may also run a door plate on the driver’s door.  This plate may not extend more than 3” outside of the door seams in any direction.
    • All other doors, tailgates and back hatches may be welded 3” on 3” off with 3” wide material (3”x3” squares max)
    • Hoods may be secured in 6 places.  If you choose to run your core support mounts through the hood that will count as 2 of your places.                                                                                   
    •                  You may use 2x2x2 angle iron with 1 bolt per location.
    •                   You may use 9 wire, 2 strands per location.  If using wire you may weld 1” store bought washers in each location to run wire through.
    •                     You may use a 3”x6” ⅛” plate welded to the bottom side of the fender that extends under the hood and use 1 bolt or threaded rod not bigger than ½” diameter to bolt the hood to the plate.
    • You must have a 10”x10” hole cut in the center of the hood over the carburetor/intake.  Header holes are fine.
    • Hood must remain open for inspection. If your hood is not open when you get to inspection your truck will not be inspected and this will count as your first attempt (remember, you are only allowed 2 passes through inspection.)
    • You may have 16 ⅜” bolts to bolt around the holes in the hood. 16 total, not 16 per hole.
    • A window strap, wire or chain is required from the firewall to the roof.  2 locations max.
    •               3” wide strap no more than 4” on the roof and no more than 4” on the firewall.
    •                9 wire from the roof to the roof to the firewall. You may weld 1” store bought washers to run wire through.
    •                 Up to ⅜ chain from the roof to the firewall.
    • You may bolt wheel wells with 5 ⅜” bolts with 1” diameter washers.  These bolts must be within 5” of the bottom of the wheel well.
    • Bed sides must remain vertical. Absolutely no folding bed sides down.
    • No plating of body panels, no added metal other than what is listed above.

  • FRAMES

    • Frames must remain stock.
    • No hitches, goosenecks, or 5th wheel plates/mounts allowed.
    • No plating of frames other than to repair a bent cracked or rusted area. If you have a bent or cracked rail you may repair the bend/crack with a 4”x6” ¼ “ plate.  Officials must be able to see the bend or crack or you will lose the plate.
    • If you are repairing a rust area you must cut the rusted area out and put the plate inside where you cut the rusted area out. If you do this any other way you will lose the plate.  You will only be allowed 6 plates and these plates will only be allowed if the official can physically see the frame damage that was repaired.

  • BUMPERS

    ABSOLUTELY NO SPIKES OR EXTRA PROTRUDING POINTS ON BUMPERS. YOU WILL NOT RUN.

    • No Chrysler pointy or pointy replicas. Any OEM car bumper that matches the point restrictions will be allowed. Bumpers may be loaded. Fabricated/replicas/homemade bumpers will be allowed. They must look like a bumper and must fit inside the guidelines for the bumper rule.
    • Vehicles with C channel front frame may use a ¼” thick plate max to box in 8” in on the frame. This will be measured from the farthest point of the bumper.
    • You may have a 4”x6”x1/4” bumper mounting plate.  This plate must touch the back of the bumper!
    •  Rear bumpers will follow the same mounting rules as listed for the front bumper. You are not required to run a rear bumper but if you choose to run one it must be the OEM rear bumper from that year's make and model vehicle or up to 6"x6" tubing that is FLAT from one side to the other.
    •  You may run 2 locations of 9 wire from your bumper to your core support
    •  No bumper shocks or brackets other than what is listed above.

  • SUSPENSION/STEERING

    •  Suspension must remain factory OEM for that year make and model. No leaf spring conversions.
    •  Vehicles that have A-arms may use a 2"x4*x1/4* plate to weld a-arms down or may use up to 1" threaded rod as a shock (pick one or the other, not both to gain ride height. If your vehicle does not have an a-arm it must remain stock OEM for that year make and model.
    •  Twist in spring spacers are allowed.
    •  You may run 4 leaf spring clamps, 2 in front of the axle and 2 behind the axle. 3/8° material max and no
    •  Leaf springs must be factory/OEM 3/4 ton or less leaf springs. Springs must staggered factory leaf packs only.Any rear end 5-8  lug. Pinion brakes allowed.
    • The rear end may not be mounted in any way to strengthen the vehicle. Factory style u-bolts.
    •  If your vehicle has a non leaf spring rear end you may use aftermarket/loaded trailing arms but they must mount in factory location and you are not allowed to alter or reinforce the mount location on the frame.
    •  You must run OEM balljoints and tie rods, tle rods may be LIGHTLY reinforced.
    •  You may run aftermarket steering columns.
    •  All other steering components must be OEM 3/4 ton or less.

    ENGINE/TRANS:

     Any engine/transmission combination will be allowed. Lower cradle and front plate are allowed but may not extend past number 5 and 6 spark plug locations.

     No distributor protectors. No transmission braces. No mid plates. You may run an aftermarket bell housing and tail shaft but they are not allowed to touch the floor or firewall.

     You must use OEM rubber mounts or an aftermarket nylon/rubber mount. No solid mounts!

     No more than a 6"x8" mount area attached to the factory engine cradle only, nothing to the frame. Engine must mount within 6" of the factory engine.

    You may use 3'x3* or smaller square tubing for a transmission crossmember or a factory OEM transmission crossmember only. If you use 3"x3* or smaller tubing it will be flush welded with the frame only, no other material is allowed to mount the tubing and it must run straight across as 1 piece.

     Slider driveshafts are allowed.

     Transmission coolers are permitted but may not be mounted in any way to strengthen the vehicle, must use high pressure lines.


  • ENGINE/TRANS

    • Any engine/transmission combination will be allowed. Lower cradle and front plate are allowed but may not extend past number 5 and 6 spark plug locations.
    •  No distributor protectors. No transmission braces. No mid plates. You may run an aftermarket bell housing and tail shaft but they are not allowed to touch the floor or firewall.
    •  You must use OEM rubber mounts or an aftermarket nylon/rubber mount. No solid mounts!
    •  No more than a 6"x8" mount area attached to the factory engine cradle only, nothing to the frame. Engine must mount within 6" of the factory engine.
    • You may use 3'x3* or smaller square tubing for a transmission crossmember or a factory OEM transmission crossmember only. If you use 3"x3* or smaller tubing it will be flush welded with the frame only, no other material is allowed to mount the tubing and it must run straight across as 1 piece.

  • CAGE/INTERIOR

    • The battery must be moved to the passenger floor area, 2 batteries max. The battery box may not be mounted in any way to strengthen the vehicle.
    •  4 point floating cage. No bigger than 6"x6" material. Door bars 60* or less. Door bars may not extend past the firewall. If you add material to the front or back of the door bars it will be measured as part of the door bar!
    •  You will be allowed 4 down bars to the frame within the 60" door bar length. Down bars must be straight down.
    •  A Halo/roll over bar is required in all trucks. If your halo attaches to the frame it will be counted as 2 of your down bars. Halo must be straight up and down and no farther back than 8" behind the back of the seat.
    •  You will be allowed a gas tank protector mounted off the back seat bar. If mounted off the back seat bar it must have a 4" space from all sheet metal (Including the bed floor and rear of the cab/front of the bed). It may have gussets to the halo but must maintain the 4" from sheet metal rule.
    •  You may build a square gas tank protector that bolts to sheet metal only that is no more than 8" away from the tank at any point. If you choose this route it must be at least 2" away from any cage material.
    •  No more than a 12 gallon fuel cell.
    •  Aftermarket pedals and shifters are allowed.
    •  Electric fuel pumps are allowed but must be clearly labeled "on off".

  • TIRES & BRAKES

    All trucks must be able to demonstrate the ability to stop at any time. If your brakes do not work, you will not. compete.

    •  No Beadlocks
    •  No Foam Filled
    •  No Solids/Paddle Tires
    •  Aftermarket Brake set ups are permitted.
    •  Pinion brakes are permitted.


Mini Cars: LIMITED WELD

Any make or model.
You must have a seat belt and fire proof clothing.


  • BODY

    • Remove all glass, mirrors, interior plastic, exterior moldings and anything flammable. Remove all decking in wagons. (Vehicles must be swept clean of debris)
    • You may cut fire wall out for distributor clearance.
    • Batteries must be placed in car and secured on passenger side.
    • Hoods must be in stock location with a hole cut in the center. Hoods may be secured in 6 spots total. 1" all threads may be bolted at the core support. The core support mount may go through the frame and hood. Remaining 4 spots are to be no larger than 1" all thread. If you are using angle iron, they may not be longer than 6" and no more than 2 bolts per angle.
    • Trunk lid can be removed, tucked, cut in half or V. No wedging of the rear of the car. Trunk lid may be welded solid, but must have a hole cut in the center.
    • Body line enhancements are permitted.
    • Drivers door may have a skin or be welded solid. All other doors can be welded with 5" on 5" off vertical seam only with 3" wide strap. If you are using 9 wire, there is no limit to how much you put on doors. You may wire doors to bottom of frame if using 9 wire.
    • Body mount bolts may be replaced; you must have 1" bushings/spacers.
    • Rusty panels may be patched using no more than a 1" overlap with the same thickness of metal.
    • No internal bracing of the body.
    • No interior seam welding of body parts.
    • Cars must have a safety strap mounted in window from roof to the cowl.

  • FRAMES

    • You may tilt/pitch frames.
    • No material may be added to the frame.
    • Seams may be welded A-arms forward.
    • No shortening, altering or shaping the frame, past the center of core support mounting hole.
    • All factory frame holes must remain open.
    • You may run a 14" bumper bracket that can only be on one side of the frame and as tall or wide as that side of the frame rail.
    • Rust may be repaired using the same size material as the area with 1" overlaps. Must be able to see the damage.
    • Plates are permitted on fresh and pre ran cars.
    • You may add 3" X 22" long by 1/4" thick plate to the center of the rear humps that is contoured to the frame.
    • Hump plates must be centered on the hump.
    • You may run kickers 2" X 2" Max. no more than a 4" X 4" mounting plate.

  • SUSPENSION & STEERING

    • Aftermarket steering columns are permitted.
    • A-arms may be held down by welding 2" X 6" X 1/4" flat stock to front and rear of A-arm or a single 1" bolt through the A-arm per side.
    • Tie rods and balljoints may be aftermarket but must be stock appearing.

  • DRIVETRAIN

    • Any engine/trans combo is permitted.
    • Any rear end is permitted- watts links are permitted.
    • Any drive shaft is permitted.
    • Any engine cradle is permitted.
    • Mounts must attach to the stock mount location.
    • Distrib. protectors are permitted.
    • Radiator protectors are permitted.
    • Trans coolers are permitted.

  • BODY MOUNTS

    • You may have up to a 6" core support spacer; it may not be welded if metal.
    • If you choose to change your core support mounts with 2 of your threaded rods, you get 3 plates 1/4" X 5" X 5" max, 7- 3/4 nuts, 7-3"OD max 1/4" thick washers per threaded rod CORE SUPPORT ONLY. If core support bolts are changed, this will count for 2 of your 6 mounts.
    • Body mounts and spacers remain stock and in place. DO NOT EVEN TOUCH THEM! Exception, You may change a total of 6 body bolts out, with 5/8"-30" long threaded rod max with 3 nuts, 3- 1/4" store bought washers and 3-5"X5" 1/4" thick plates per rod. Must be straight vertical rod only, no bends or angle pieces. Must have 1" rubber or metal spacer no larger than stock body pucks and all bottom nuts must be inside the frame. If they are broken or rusted out, a double piece #9 wire or 3/8" bolt may be substituted. ZERO welding allowed to mount this rod. Rusted out body mounts may be removed and replaced with a single strand of #9 wire.
    • No attaching body bolts to any part of the cage or roll over bar.

  • DRIVERS COMPARTMENT

    • 4 point square cage only, 1 down leg in the center of each front door welded to sheet metal only nothing to the frame. Max 60" cage over all measurements, must be mounted horizontally and 6" off floor. Gussets may be placed only in the interior of a 4 point cage. Any part of the cage must be at least 3" off of the trans tunnel. And 10"x2" max door bar size, 4" square tubing or equivalent max for all other parts of the cage.
    • Gas tank mount may be welded to the back bar. Back bar and fuel cell/tank must be minimum of 4" from rear sheet metal and 4" off the doors, no taller than 10" above the tank.
    • The Halo bar is not allowed to attach to the roof. The halo bar may only be attached to the back seat bar or sidebars, not to the floor.
    • Transmission coolers are allowed. They must be mounted inside a 4 point cage area. Or the cage must be tight to the cage if mounted on the back bar.
    • Nothing may be mounted in a way that strengthens the car.

  • FRONT BUMPER

    Bumpers can not have any spikes.

    • Any factory OEM bumper OR 10 gauge aftermarket bumper will be permitted.
    • You may hard nose your bumper if you remove factory shocks/cups all together.
    • If you are hardnosing your bumper, you may only use 2- 1/4" X 3" X 6" plates that must touch the bumper.
    • Max bumper height must be 14" - 24" measured to the bottom of the frame and at the back and front body mount location.

  • REAR BUMPER

    • Any factory OEM bumper or 10 gauge aftermarket bumper will be permitted.
    • Min height of 14" from ground to bottom of the bumper.
    • Rear bumper must be OEM to a min of 6" tall.
    • You may hard nose bumper to frame; 4" wide X 1/4 in. thick X 8 in. long flat plate can be welded to either side of the frame. The 8" strap must connect to rear bumper. You can also add 2 additional 2" wide X 1/4" thick X 4" long straps. Straps must touch bumper. Sheet metal can be moved to hardnose bumper but may not be rewelded beyond to what the rules just stated.
    • If you do not want to hard nose your rear bumper; Run the factory shock/bracket that came on the make and model of car you are running. Bracket/shock must be in factory location and it can be tilted. Nothing may be welded beyond 6" on the frame measured from back of the frame toward hump. Two additional straps can be added per mounting location. Measurement for strap is 2" wide 1/4" thick X 4" long.

  • TIRES/BRAKES

    All cars must be able to demonstrate the ability to stop at any time. If your brakes do not work, you will not compete.

    • No beadlocks
    • No foam filled.
    • No solids/paddle tires.
    • Aftermarket break set ups are permitted.
    • Pinion breaks are permitted.

Any make or model front wheel drive car.

4 cylinder/ 6 cylinder cars will all be in one class.

No V8s permitted.

You must have a seat belt, helmet, and fire proof clothing.



  • RULES

    All glass, chrome, plastic, upholstery, headliners, and rear seats must be removed from the vehicle.

    ALL air bags must be removed from the vehicle.

    The driver’s door may be welded.

    You must run chairs or 9 wire on every door to ensure it stays closed during the show. 

    A metal or plastic marine fuel tank may be relocated inside of the vehicle as long as it is secured/strapped down with no leaks.

    • All glass/windshields must be removed.
    • Large contrasting numbers must be on the car and a roof plate must be visible.
    • You may run any tire set up.
    • Brakes must be working and vehicles must be able to perform a complete stop.
    • After market brake/gas set ups are permitted.
    • Cages are permitted but not mandatory.
    • You may run a driver's door bar/skin for protection.
    • Stock exhausts must be cut off the car.
