Nelly Concert Update!
New Date
Due to scheduling conflicts Nelly’s show at the Porter County Fair was rescheduled from July 18th to July 22nd. All existing tickets will be valid for the July 22nd date.
REFUND POLICY
If you are a current ticket holder and still are intending to attend the concert, no action is required as your ticket will remain valid for the changed. If you elect to refund your ticket, all ticket holders will receive an email February 7th with detailed instructions on how to do so. You will have until February 28, 2024 to request a full refund. In addition, customers will be advised that if they do not elect a refund by the February 28th deadline, their tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. After 11:59 PM CST February 27, 2024, refunds will no longer be available. Additionally, you will have the ability to request refunds for parts of your order. (i.e., if you would like a refund for one ticket of the two or more purchased in a single order.) The process is the same as above, but ticket numbers will need to be provided to differentiate between the refunded tickets. Porter County Fair is not responsible for refunds to customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform, i.e. Ticketmaster, StubHub, Facebook Marketplace, etc., and these customers will need to seek refund information from that resale platform or distribution partner. The Porter County Fair reserves the right to deny refunds to anyone who does not provide valid information on the Refund Request Form made available February 7, 2024.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PURCHASERS
If you purchased tickets by credit or debit card and plan to request a refund, your refund will be processed automatically and refunded to the original card used for payment. If you purchased using a ‘Gift Card’, ‘Prepaid Credit Card’ or you no longer have the credit card which you purchased the tickets with, you will be required to enter the a new credit card number, expiration date, and CSC number on the Refund Request Form made available February 7, 2024. There is no need to contact the Fair. Please allow 7-10 business days after your request for processing to begin. Tickets purchased by a third party (Ticketmaster, StubHub, Facebook Marketplace, as well as any other site beyond www.portercountyfair.com) will not be refunded through Porter County Fair. You will need to contact those vendors directly to learn about their refund policies.
